Terms of Use
Version 1.3 — Last Updated: April 29, 2026
Plain English Summary
This site and all tools on it are created, owned, and maintained by me personally.
They are provided for your convenience and use, but they are not community owned, not public goods, and not governed by any group, DAO, or organization.
You are welcome to use the tools as they are, but you do not gain any ownership, governance rights, or decision making authority over them by using them.
I decide what exists on this site, how it works, and whether it continues to exist at all.
I can change, restrict, or shut down any part of the site or tools at any time.
You may not copy, rehost, fork, rebrand, or present these tools as community property without my explicit permission.
If you pay for one of the advisory services, that payment is an on-chain crypto transfer and is irreversible by design. The service represents my personal opinion and is not professional financial, legal, or security advice. I make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
If you do not agree with these boundaries, please do not use the site.
The full legal terms below explain this in more detail.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hunter's Toolbox website and any related tools, scripts, interfaces, documentation, or paid services provided through it.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or any of its tools.
The site functions solely as a user interface that facilitates interactions initiated and controlled entirely by the user. The maintainer does not act as an intermediary, agent, broker, custodian, or counterparty in any transaction.
Eligibility
By accessing or using this site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18, and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use this site or any of its tools.
By using this site, you further represent and warrant that your use of the tools does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws governing financial services, digital assets, and money transmission.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The website, all tools, scripts, interfaces, designs, text, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Hunter Rodriguez unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms of Use grants any user any ownership interest in, or rights to, the site or the tools beyond the limited right to use them as provided under these terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the maintainer.
You may choose to submit comments, bug reports, or ideas about the tools ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback through any channel, you grant the maintainer a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the tools without any obligation, compensation, or credit to you. You waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have in such Feedback to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nature of the Tools
The tools provided on this site are independently developed utilities made available to assist users with wallet configuration, token management, network configuration, token approval scanning, and related Web3 interactions. The site also offers paid personal advisory services, which are governed separately under the Paid Advisory Services section below.
The free tools include, without limitation: a portfolio balance viewer, a token add tool for MetaMask, an RPC switching and latency testing tool, a wallet approval scanner that checks on-chain token allowances against a curated list of known spender contracts and a third party security database, token price charts and swap shortcuts, a token value calculator, and links to community documents.
These tools do not custody funds, do not execute transactions on your behalf without your explicit approval, and do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
Paid Advisory Services
In addition to the free tools described above, the site offers two paid personal advisory services provided directly by Hunter Rodriguez. These services are described below. By requesting and paying for either service, you agree to the terms of this section in addition to all other terms of this agreement.
Program Analysis and Risk Review
For a fee of 10 USDT, the maintainer will personally review a crypto-related investment opportunity, platform, or pitch provided by the user and share an experience-based opinion focused on identifying potential red flags, structural weaknesses, unrealistic promises, or hidden risks.
Wallet Permission and Approval Check
For a fee of 10 USDT, the maintainer will personally review the token approvals and permissions connected to a wallet address provided by the user, identify any approvals that may represent risk, and provide guidance on removing unnecessary permissions.
Payment
Payment for either service is made by sending USDT on the BNB Smart Chain to the maintainer's published donation wallet address. All payments are on-chain cryptocurrency transfers. By their nature, blockchain transactions are irreversible once submitted and confirmed. No refunds can be issued under any circumstances. If a transaction is sent in error, the maintainer has no technical ability to reverse or return it. You are solely responsible for confirming the correct wallet address and amount before approving any payment transaction in your wallet.
Nature of the Services
Both services represent the personal opinion of Hunter Rodriguez, formed from individual experience and publicly available information. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as professional financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, security audit findings, or any other form of regulated professional service. The maintainer is not a licensed financial adviser, securities professional, legal practitioner, or certified security auditor.
Reviews and assessments provided under these services reflect the maintainer's personal view at the time of delivery, based on the information available and provided. They do not represent the views or opinions of Pool Funding or any affiliated project or organization.
No Guarantee of Outcome
The maintainer makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any service delivered will identify all risks, produce accurate conclusions, or result in any particular outcome. Crypto markets, protocols, and security landscapes change rapidly. An assessment that appears favorable at the time of delivery may become unfavorable due to subsequent events entirely outside the maintainer's control or knowledge. You remain solely responsible for all investment and security decisions you make.
Service Delivery
Delivery of a paid service is at the maintainer's reasonable discretion. The maintainer reserves the right to decline a service request, including after payment, in which case a good-faith effort will be made to return the payment. No specific response timeframe is guaranteed. Coordination of service delivery occurs through direct communication initiated via the contact channels listed in these Terms.
Applicability of Other Terms
All other provisions of these Terms of Use — including the No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Regulatory Disclaimer, Governing Law, and Arbitration sections — apply in full to paid service engagements.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the tools solely for your personal or internal use.
To the extent any software is provided under an open-source license, that license applies. For all other proprietary software, the following restrictions apply: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, mirror, rehost, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the site or tools, in whole or in part, unless you have received explicit written permission from the maintainer.
You may not present the tools, the site, or any part of them as a public good, community owned resource, or community governed infrastructure.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this site or any of its tools for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you expressly agree not to:
- Use the tools in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or governmental order, including but not limited to laws governing digital assets, securities, money transmission, and anti-money laundering;
- Use the tools to evade, circumvent, or violate any economic or trade sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations, or any other applicable sanctions authority, including by transacting with sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions;
- Use the tools to facilitate, promote, or engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, or any other financial crime;
- Use the tools to interact with any smart contract, token, or protocol that you know or have reason to believe is fraudulent, malicious, or designed to harm users;
- Use the tools to exploit, harm, or attempt to harm any other person;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its underlying infrastructure, or any systems or networks connected to it;
- Use the tools in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site;
- Use automated means, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access, collect data from, or interact with the site in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
The maintainer reserves the right to investigate and report any suspected violations of this section to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
No Community Ownership or Governance
The tools and this site are independently created and maintained and are not owned, governed, or controlled by any community, DAO, foundation, or third party group.
Use of the tools does not grant any user any governance rights, stewardship rights, or decision making authority over the site or its development.
The maintainer retains sole and exclusive authority over the direction, development, availability, and operation of the site and tools.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of the tools and for any actions you take using your wallet, including but not limited to approving transactions, switching networks, adding tokens, or sending funds.
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that mistakes such as sending funds to the wrong address, interacting with malicious contracts, or approving unintended transactions may result in permanent loss of funds for which the maintainer bears no responsibility.
The user interface, labels, and outputs may be subject to misinterpretation. You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details within your wallet before approval.
No Warranties
The site and all tools are experimental software provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranty of any kind. No warranties of any nature are made, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You acknowledge that Web3 infrastructure is rapidly evolving and may contain unknown vulnerabilities, including zero-day exploits or logic errors. You further acknowledge that use of these tools carries an inherent assumption of risk with respect to software vulnerabilities, network failures, smart contract behavior, and errors in user interface interpretation. The maintainer does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
The tools may contain bugs, errors, or incorrect calculations that could result in incorrect outputs, transaction parameters, or user decisions.
The Wallet Approval Scanner checks a curated list of known spender contracts and queries a third party security database. It does not scan the complete on-chain approval history of your wallet, does not cover every possible spender address, and may not detect approvals granted to unknown or newly created contracts. A clean scan result does not guarantee that your wallet is free from risk.
The maintainer does not guarantee compatibility with all screen readers, assistive technologies, or accessibility tools. While reasonable efforts are made to support accessible use, no warranty of accessibility compliance is made or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainer of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the site or tools, even if the maintainer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of access to wallets, failed transactions, network issues, RPC failures, smart contract behavior, third party service outages, inaccurate or incomplete approval scan results, security assessments or program reviews that are incomplete or that you relied upon to your detriment, or any errors or interruptions affecting the availability or functionality of the site or tools.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the maintainer from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the tools; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (iv) any claim that your use of the tools caused damage to a third party; or (v) any security breach of your own device, wallet, or network.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Third Party Services
The site interacts with or links to third party services such as wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC endpoints, pricing APIs, security data providers, and external documentation.
The maintainer has no control over these services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or behavior. Your use of any third party service is governed solely by that service's own terms and policies.
RPC endpoints made available through the site are third party infrastructure. The maintainer does not operate, control, or audit these endpoints and makes no representations regarding their integrity, accuracy, or security. Use of any RPC endpoint is at your own risk. When you scroll to the RPC section of the site, automated latency tests send small network requests directly from your browser to each RPC endpoint; your IP address is briefly exposed to each provider's servers as a result of these tests.
The Wallet Approval Scanner uses security threat data provided by GoPlus Security (gopluslabs.io), an independent third party service. The maintainer does not operate or control GoPlus Security, makes no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of its data, and is not responsible for any failure, inaccuracy, or unavailability of that service. When you initiate a scan, contract addresses are submitted to the GoPlus API directly from your browser. You are encouraged to review GoPlus Security's own terms and privacy policy.
Advertising, Referral Links, and Sponsored Content
The site may display sponsored content, promotional materials, or links to third party websites, services, tools, or resources.
Some links provided on the site may be referral or affiliate links. If you access or use a third party service through one of these links, the site maintainer may receive a referral fee, commission, or other form of compensation. This does not increase the cost to you.
The inclusion of any third party link, service, or resource does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, verification, or guarantee by the site maintainer unless explicitly stated.
All third party services operate independently and are subject to their own terms, policies, and practices. The site maintainer has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or behavior of any third party websites or services.
Any interaction, transaction, or reliance on third party services, referral links, advertisements, or sponsored content is solely between you and the applicable third party.
Wallet Interaction and Transaction Approval
The tools provided on this site may assist users in preparing wallet configurations, generating transaction parameters, or interacting with blockchain networks through user controlled wallet software.
All transactions are initiated, reviewed, and approved solely by the user through their own wallet software. The site does not initiate transactions, does not transmit private keys, and does not have access to user wallets.
The maintainer has no ability to prevent, reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction once it has been submitted through a user's wallet.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing all transaction details within their wallet before approving any interaction with a blockchain network or smart contract.
Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks
Blockchain networks, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols involve inherent technical and financial risks. These systems may contain vulnerabilities, experience unexpected behavior, undergo upgrades, forks, or disruptions, or interact with external systems that may fail or behave unpredictably.
The tools provided on this site do not audit, verify, or guarantee the safety, correctness, or reliability of any smart contract, token, or blockchain network.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of interacting with any blockchain network, contract, token, or decentralized application.
Loss of funds may occur due to user error, smart contract vulnerabilities, malicious contracts, network congestion, protocol failures, or other factors beyond the control of the site maintainer.
Regulatory Disclaimer
The tools and information provided on this site are made available for technical and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset, token, security, or financial instrument, nor does it constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
The maintainer makes no representation that any token, protocol, or smart contract accessible or interactable through these tools is compliant with the laws of any jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, commodities laws, or money transmission regulations. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of these tools and any related activities comply with applicable law in their jurisdiction.
This site is not registered with, licensed by, or supervised by any financial regulatory authority. Users in jurisdictions where the use of such tools may be restricted or require regulatory approval are responsible for ensuring their own compliance before using this site.
No Affiliation
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any blockchain network, protocol, wallet provider, token project, exchange, foundation, or any other third party platform or organization, unless such affiliation is explicitly and specifically stated in writing on this site. The mention or interaction with any third party service or product does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Privacy Notice
This site does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information directly from users. However, standard web server logs or third party services integrated into this site — such as RPC providers, security data APIs, or content delivery networks — may automatically collect certain technical data, including IP addresses and browser type, as part of their normal operation.
Blockchain wallet addresses used in connection with the tools are processed locally within your browser where possible. The maintainer does not store or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
By using this site, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions and addresses are recorded permanently and publicly on-chain. You are solely responsible for understanding the privacy implications of any on-chain activity.
For full details of how data is handled in connection with this site, including a description of all third party services that may process your IP address, please read the full Privacy Policy.
Right to Modify, Discontinue, or Terminate Access
The maintainer reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the site or any tools, features, or access, with or without notice.
The maintainer further reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to restrict or terminate any individual user's access to the site or tools at any time, without notice, for any conduct that the maintainer believes violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the site.
The maintainer is under no obligation to continue operating, supporting, or maintaining the site or any tools. No user acquires any rights or expectations regarding continued availability.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be highlighted where possible, but continued use constitutes acceptance. The version number and date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the site.
Force Majeure
The maintainer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or regulations, blockchain network failures or congestion, third party infrastructure outages, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, power failures, or any other events or circumstances outside the maintainer's reasonable control. In such circumstances, the maintainer's obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the site and tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under the Mandatory Arbitration section below, or for the purposes of compelling arbitration, enforcing an arbitral award, or seeking interim injunctive relief, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panama City, Panama, and you hereby waive any objection to such venue, including any claim of inconvenient forum.
Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the tools that cannot be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from the complaining party shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in Panama City, Panama, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (CeCAP). The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
You may opt out of mandatory arbitration by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to the contact address below within thirty (30) days of first using the site. If you opt out, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts identified in the Governing Law section above.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the maintainer with respect to your use of the site and tools, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, representations, statements, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. The failure of the maintainer to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
No Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the maintainer. The maintainer may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
